Recently, the SS80100 35kV substation of the PC unit in the SABIC Fujian PC&BPA Complex Project, EPC-contracted by CNCEC-TCC, successfully achieved one-time energization and completed a high-standard intermediate handover simultaneously. As the third key power facility, following the substation of the phenol/acetone unit and the SS80200 substation of the PC unit, to achieve both successful power receiving and intermediate handover, its successful commissioning marks continuous and significant progress in the project's power system construction, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent commissioning of the entire complex.

As one of the core power supply units for the PC unit, the SS80100 Substation undertakes the critical task of providing stable power supply to key process units and utility auxiliary facilities including CO, DPC, DMC, flare, natural gas compression, methanol raw material tank farm and No.3 intermediate tank farm. To achieve the goal of "Energization upon Intermediate Handover", the project team of CNCEC-TCC collaborated efficiently and made thorough arrangements with the owner, supervision and all construction parties. In strict accordance with the integrated plan for energization and handover, the full-process preparations were completed, ranging from equipment installation and calibration, protection setting calculation, insulation testing to final confirmation of safety conditions, ensuring that all procedures met high-standard delivery requirements. During the energization, unified on-site command was implemented and operators cooperated seamlessly to complete a series of key steps in sequence, including line impact, busbar energization and transformer commissioning. The whole procedure proceeded smoothly and orderly, with the system successfully energized on the first attempt. All equipment operated normally with stable parameters, fully realizing the synchronous completion of energization and intermediate handover.

The successive achievement of "Energization upon Intermediate Handover" for the project’s three key power facilities is a vivid practice of the CNCEC-TCC project team in continuously deepening lean management. It not only provides immediate guarantee for the power supply of related process units, but also creates favorable conditions for the subsequent system linkage commissioning and the overall progress of the project. Guided by the corporate mission of "Building a Colorful World, Creating a Better Life", the CNCEC-TCC project team will continue to take the successful commissioning of these substations as a driving force, push forward all follow-up construction work with high standards and high quality, and ensure the project is completed and delivered on schedule.
