Recently, the cumene unit and other first-phase installations of the SABIC Fujian PC&BPA Complex Project, EPC-contracted by CNCEC-TCC, have achieved mechanical completion ahead of schedule. This milestone marks that the relevant units have fully transitioned from the installation phase to the system commissioning and production preparation stage, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent high-quality interim handover and project commissioning.

The PC&BPA Complex is the core part of the SABIC Fujian Gulei Ethylene and Downstream Deep Processing Complex Project, with the longest process flow and the largest number of equipment. Since the project commencement, the CNCEC-TCC project team has always adhered to the philosophy of “Safety First, Quality Oriented, Schedule Focused, Compliance Based”. Aiming to win the National High-Quality Project Award, the team has collaborated efficiently with all participating units, allocated high-quality resources in a scientific manner, and successfully overcome a series of challenges including special material welding, large module hoisting, and intensive cross-disciplinary construction.
Faced with multiple challenges such as tight schedule, heavy tasks and high technical requirements, the project team has adhered to Party-building guidance and deepened multi-party joint construction. By setting up Party member responsibility areas, forming Party member vanguard teams, and carrying out themed labor competitions, the team has built a concerted effort featuring “joint organization construction, resource sharing and problem solving together”. All construction personnel have carried forward the fine style of continuous fighting and daring to tackle tough tasks, strictly abided by the bottom lines of safety, environmental protection and quality, and completed the installation of the first-phase units with high standards and high quality, fully demonstrating the professional strength and responsibility of CNCEC-TCC as an excellent EPC contractor.
