In order to vigorously promote the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era and earnestly promote the volunteer activities of learning from Lei Feng, with concrete actions to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League, on March 4th, Tianchen Qixiang New Materials Co., Ltd. jointly carried out the "Welcoming the 20th National Congress and Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the League" volunteer service activity for paired assistance on the occasion of the Lei Feng Day.

With the trust and support of the Emergency Management Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Tianchen Company formed a design and diagnosis team composed of professional backbone personnel from fields such as process, pipeline, instrumentation, electrical, general planning, equipment, and safety. Despite multiple difficulties including the impact of the epidemic and inconvenience in daily life, the team worked continuously for over 300 days and successfully completed the design safety diagnosis and quality re-inspection for 132 hazardous chemical production and usage enterprises in Yinchuan City, Zhongwei City, and Wuwei City, as well as the design safety diagnosis and quality re-inspection for new and expanded hazardous chemical construction projects.
