湖北双环碱改项目压缩机单机试车暨工艺装置联动试车完成

Recently, the single-machine trail run of the three major units (vacuum unit, furnace gas compressor unit, and low-potassium tail gas compressor unit) of the Hubei Shuanghuan Alkali Reform Project undertaken by CNCEC-TCC has been successfully completed. Meanwhile, the integrated trail runs for process installations including soda ash dense unit , ammonium chloride unit, dry ammonium section, and light ash section, as well as the wet salt transportation section, has been successfully carried out. Public utilities such as the fire water station and circulating water station have been put into operation, marking the breakthrough of the full project process flow and laying a solid foundation for subsequent feedstock commissioning.
近日，中国化学天辰公司承建的湖北双环碱改项目3大机组（真空机组、炉气压缩机组、低钾尾气压缩机组）单机试车完成，同时重碱装置、氯化铵装置、干铵工段、轻灰工段等工艺装置以及湿盐运输工段联动试车工作顺利完成，消防水站、循环水站等公用工程投用，标志着全项目工艺流程打通，为后续投料试车奠定坚实基础。
下一步，项目团队将以此次联动试车成功为契机，一如既往地坚守施工一线，以更加饱满的热情继续全力配合业主推进投料试车工作，争取项目早日正式投入生产，用质量和服务回馈业主的信赖，为业主和公司交上一份满意答卷。
