哈萨克斯坦IPCI丙烷脱氢制丙烯及聚丙烯项目通过性能考核

Recently, the Kazakhstan IPCI PDH&PP Project, constructed by CNCEC-TCC, received the client’s approved documents regarding the results of performance testing, hydraulic testing, demonstration testing, and turndown testing. This milestone marks that all established production design parameters have been fully achieved, laying a solid foundation for the project’s handover.
This project not only serves as a vivid example and significant outcome of the implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative,” but also marks the first large-scale chemical project in Kazakhstan. It is listed as one of the key projects in the first batch of China-Kazakhstan production capacity cooperation, deepening the economic collaboration between two countries.
近日，中国化学天辰公司承建的哈萨克斯坦IPCI丙烷脱氢制丙烯及聚丙烯项目成功通过了性能考核测试、水力测试、示范性运行测试以及减负荷测试，并完成了测试报告的批准签署。这一重要里程碑节点的达成，标志着项目装置全面达到了所有既定的生产设计参数，为项目后续移交工作奠定了坚实基础。
本项目是贯彻落实“一带一路”倡议的生动实践和重要成果，也是哈萨克斯坦首个大型化工项目，被列入中哈产能合作首批重点项目名单，加强了中哈两国在经济领域的深度合作。项目位于哈萨克斯坦阿特劳州，业主为哈萨克石油公司，中国化学为总承包商，天辰公司主要负责聚丙烯装置和全厂公用工程装置的建设。建设过程中，项目部严把工期、严控标准，精心策划、周密部署，最终项目装置在各项测试中展现出卓越性能，成功达到考核指标。
下一步，项目部将继续紧密围绕集团公司“135”发展战略，秉持“立德 担当 创新 进取”的企业精神，明确任务、统筹安排、夯实责任，圆满完成后续任务，向业主交上一份满意的答卷。
