TCC was the first to obtain the registration certificate among the exploration and design units in China

TCC began to implement the ISO9000 series standard since 1992. In 1994 it was the first to obtain the registration certificate in conformity with ISO9001 standard among the exploration and design units in China.

TCC has established a complete quality management system and compiled quality management system documents. Its operational documents include detailed operational instruction books such as design manuals, procurement manuals, construction management manuals, safety management manuals, project manager guideline and start-up manuals.

TCC roled as main editor for GB/T19001-2000 "Quality Management System Speciality Application Manual-construction engineering design", GB/T19000-2000 series standard, GB/T19025-2000 ISO10015:1995 'Quality Management-Training Guideline', 'Quality Management System Speciality Application Manual-construction engineering management-Engineering Procurement Construction".

In 2002 TCC brought forward concept as "Safety First is TCC's forever behavior, Environmental Protection is TCC's standing seek", built up Occupational Health and Safety Management System and passed the certification for ISO14001, GB/T28001.
