TCC has adopted the international mode with respect to the concept, system and tools in project management. TCC executes project manager responsible system and has established an overall client service system with regard to EPC and PMC for design and procurement up to construction management level under the leadership of project manager. It adopts advanced project management modes and systems such as the "Earned Value Concept", P3e/C software, etc. to keep the cost, schedule, and quality in control as well as to provide engineering service to the clients both at home and abroad, and is therefore well received by the clients.
